Pitch Black Sunrise Tales Of A Broken Jester EP review

Pitch Black Sunrise is a Stoner rock band from Hudson Valley, NY. A new band on the horizon, a tight 3 piece with incredible songs, and beautiful trippy vibes. Their debut EP Tales Of A Broken Jester is phenomenal. In a genre littered with great stuff, and really bad, these dudes are in the former category rather than the latter. Demons Now My Angels Be starts off with a killer grungey Sabbath riff. This recording is raw, but not too much. It sounds like three dudes just recorded themselves jamming. John was a human, imperfect. We all know he grew up in a macho world, and was abusive towards his first wife. When he married Yoko, he also started to grow alot as a man and a human being, and was imperfect and admitted it, but he always was a champion for peace. Trying each day to be better. His music was beautiful and touched many lives over generations. I could tell and retell the stories of John and his music with The Beatles and his solo career, his politics, but i
